Threw discus in high school at Liberty Union High School in Brentwood, CA. My best throw was over 140'...in 1973.
Having fun throwing the 1 kg discus at the Master's Level now I am in my 60's. So working to get back in shape and improve. Though I have a ways to go to get back to some decent distances. For now practicing throwing in cow fields and on any open soccer field I can find.
